The Project
A Southern Highlands home where the owners wanted the front yard and the long side yard to feel like one finished garden: green underfoot, planted along every edge, and private from the street.
The Challenge
A narrow side yard between the house and the property line, and a front yard open to the street, both needing to look finished and stay low-maintenance in the desert heat.
A1's Solution
We installed artificial turf through the front and down the side yard, framed it with river rock beds planted with a palm, shrubs and flowering plants, and built a dark slat privacy fence with raised planter beds for climbing vines.
The Result
A green, private garden from the front walk to the courtyard, with planted beds along the fence line and turf that stays green without mowing.
